We had our pool resurfaced by Master Touch Pool Services. Being quarantined with a toddler was hard not to use the backyard so we were worried when the work started. But they got the work done on schedule, available to answer all our questions, most importantly they came everyday at the same time so no surprises and left everything so clean. Following a leak repair, it was recommended that we have our 30 year old pool resurfaced. We decided to go ahead and have the work done since the pool was empty already. We could not be happier with the results from Master Touch. They completed the work within our time frame and did a beautiful job! The company rep, Rob, is great. He took his time to explain all the various options for the pool surface and tilework and gave pros and cons so we could make an educated decision. The crews that came to do the work worked amazingly hard in the hot sun but made sure to keep on schedule and to clean up each day after their work was done. We are very happy with our new pool and highly recommend this company if you need to have work done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for them and they followed up with us both during the work and after to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

I would describe Master touch pools as an honest and professional company. From the customer service, workers and Nilson the owner all are very pleasant and professional. I just recently purchased my home here in FL and before I even moved in I found Master Touch for a quote on resurfacing and installation of new lights. The pool pump stopped working the morning I was having an Easter Pool Party. Lots of folks were coming so I was lost and They don’t work The Weekends. They were able to get a tech out that same morning and he was able to fix the motor in 20 minutes making the party a SUCCESS!! They go above and beyond and can’t thank them enough. I had a complete pool refurbishing done—new plaster, new tiles, new decking around the pool, and conversion of an old spa to a seating platform with a waterfall. The folks at Master Touch were amazing! The workers were prompt, worked hard all day each day, and had great attitudes. There were different crews working on different aspects of this project, but they all impressed me with the quality of their workmanship. Everything was meticulously done, and there was no cutting of corners. They also seemed to enjoy their work and take pride in doing it well. It gave me the impression that Master Touch is a good company to work for, and that Nilson must take good care of his workers. The spa conversion was a major demo job, involving jack-hammering through cement and rebar, etc. I wondered how it would ever be accomplished, but it ended up looking beautiful! As did the new travertine installed around the pool. And of course, the pool itself! Whenever there were issues that needed to be addressed, Nilson responded immediately and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. It’s good to experience a company and its owner so dedicated to quality work and customer service!

Update: We have used Master Touch Pools for over 3 years. They are dependable and do a fantastic job maintaining the pool for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them. We had Master Touch Pools replace the skimmer and install a cartridge filter in place of an old DE filter. They did a fantastic job and are now providing weekly maintenance. The pool looks better than it ever had before. We are very impressed with Master Touch Pools and would highly recommend them.

Good customer service is extremely hard to come by these days, bug not when it comes to Master To h Pool Services. From start to finish Nilson and his crew were always attentive and responsive to our pool renovation project. Even a year later when our light bulb went out Nilson quickly sent someone over to replace it without hesitating. I highly recommend Master Touch Pool Services for your next pool renovation.
