I hope you and your family are safe. First, I want to say thank you for understanding this time we are having as a nation. Texas got hit hard with the Hurricane and now Florida. I’m not sure if you tried to reach us via phone, our phone lines and internet were down until this morning. It’s now working again.
We will be doing our best to get your pool up and running within two weeks, but please consider that your house might not have power and it will take a bit longer to get it back. Please, turn the pool breakers back on if you turned them off from the inside of your house house. Also, we will not be able to check pool motors and other equipment because power could be out.
We have 2 crews and 4 extra technician going to every single house before the regular tech, to take the majority of debris and other stuff with the net and adding some chemicals. We are also taking photos and notes of your pool, we will have to pass on an extra charge to you.
We are doing this based on your swimming pool, its not just the extra labor but also the extra chemicals, and etc. We want to thank you for being a valued costumer and we really do appreciate you.
